Associate Agency Producer Member & Festival Services Coordinator Associate Agency Producer Folklorama is seeking a dynamic, creative and organized individual with strong initiative and an attention to detail as an Associate Agency Producer. This position assists the Agency Producer in sales, contracting, coordination and implementation of Folklorama Talent and Folklorama Teachings programs, maximizing opportunities for Folklorama’s performing members. The Associate Agency Producer will apply their enthusiasm towards a wide range of projects including event management, program development and maintaining strong partnerships on behalf of Folklorama and its membership. To be successful in this role, candidates should have an aptitude for analytical problem solving, an ability to adapt to new environments and functions and be highly organized with a keen attention to detail, able to manage multiple competing priorities. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are essential along with strong administrative skills and familiarity with MS Office suite applications. This position requires the candidate to have a valid Class 5 driver’s license. Additional required qualifications include the following skills and abilities:• Must be a strong communicator with excellent written, presentation, oral communications and interpersonal skills Superior organizational skills; detail oriented; focused and with a high level of initiative and energy Ability to produce high-quality work on a deadline and comfortable managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and analytically Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment Superior customer service delivery In the course of fulfilling this role, the individual may be required to lift up to 80 lbs and should be prepared to work in a non-office environment from time to time. Member & Festival Services Coordinator Folklorama is seeking a dynamic, keen and organized individual with strong initiative and an attention to detail as a Member & Festival Services Coordinator. As Member and Festival Services Coordinator, the incumbent is responsible for the coordination and delivery of Folklorama membership and volunteer services, including the comprehensive Folklorama Ambassador Program while supporting the Director of Member and Festival Services in the administration of Festival logistics. This position reports directly to the Director of Member and Festival Services. Successful candidates must have a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service to all Folklorama members and Festival pavilion personnel while being friendly, outgoing and personable. Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities. A demonstrated proficiency in MS Office software is required. In the course of fulfilling this role, some evening and weekend availability is required, particularly in the months leading up to and including the annual Folklorama Festival. This role regularly supports Folklorama Ambassadors and the Folklorama Llama including appearances at other Manitoba attractions and events. Candidates should be comfortable with appearing in public and demonstrate a capacity to build on existing Folklorama partnerships and networks.
