The Family Violence Consortium of Manitoba has launched a resource for people wanting to be of help to someone they know in an abusive relationship. The brochure, “Neighbours, Families & Friends: A Guide on Helping People in Abusive Relationships,” is attached to this message and is also available online at www.gov.mb.ca/fs/fvpp/pubs/NFF_brochure.pdf.
